In addition to our machinery installation and machine moving services we also provide general electrical and mechanical engineering support to our clients.

From a single alteration in your existing production line to its full relocation or modification, YGP has extensive experience in providing mechanical, electrical and other engineering support to service your entire machinery life cycle.

Our teams of experienced mechanical and electrical staff are able to provide a fully integrated service. This means that in addition to our core machine installation service we can undertake additional engineering works under one contract.

MECHANICAL SERVICES
We have a team of highly skilled mechanical fitters, pipe fitters and steel fabricators who can carry out all your pipework or ductworks as well as steel erection from design and procurement right through to installation, fitting work and pressure testing.

Part of our specialty is the ability to design or modify any kind of platform or steelwork to fit your equipment. Our coded welders can then erect the new steelwork onsite to provide a new improved steel structure.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Our electrical engineers are able to carry out a wide variety of tasks to support your machinery needs, including installation of control panels, distribution supplies, the design and installation of all internal wiring, layout design and mechanical cable management systems, through to final safety checks. We can provide all the necessary design, test data and information, as well as being fully compliant with safety procedures and systems.

Our electrical services are fully integrated with our other installation activities to provide our clients with a seamless service and turnkey project support. In case of more complex contracts, involving automation and controls, our control systems division is able to provide a complete competitive solution in accordance with your needs.
